- 7 + years developing Enterprise applications using Web 2.0 technologies
- Good working knowledge of Spring Framework and/or Hibernate
- Grails, Groovy Scripting/GSP
- Passion for solving technical problems
- Good working knowledge of Java/J2EE
- Source version control (Subversion)
- Good written and verbal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Able to work independently in a complex, dynamic environment
- Agile development environment
- Experience working in a fast paced startup environment a plus
