- Day 1: Arrive, settle in, welcome reception in the evening.
- Day 2: A full day of working sessions: product direction, market conversation, and a peer roundtable. Wrapped by mid-afternoon, with an afternoon/evening activity and dinner.
- Day 3: A shorter morning session to close things out with departures in the afternoon.

Grande Real Villa Itália sits on the Cascais coastline, about 30 minutes from Lisbon. The property was once the residence of Italy's last king, restored into a five-star hotel overlooking the Atlantic. A short seaside walk from the town center. It's a good place to think.
