Colin Anderson is a Senior Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer at Dayforce. Dayforce is a global Human Capital Management and Payroll company with offices on four continents. In this role he manages an international team responsible for technology and information risk management, enterprise security, and product security.

Prior to Dayforce, Mr. Anderson was the CISO at both Levi Strauss & Co. and Safeway / Alberstons. Mr. Anderson has been a CISO for Fortune 500 companies and high growth software companies for over 15 years.

Mr. Anderson is a frequent speaker on information risk management, the former Chairman of RH-ISAC, and a Board advisor to several cybersecurity startups. Mr. Anderson holds both a B.A. in Finance and M.S. in Information Systems.

Outside of work Mr. Anderson is an avid traveler having visited 30+ countries, youth sports coach, Lego fanatic, basketball fan, father to two amazing teenagers, and enjoys hiking in the hills around his home with his wife and dogs.

Jim Desmond is a career security professional and the Chief Security Officer at Asurion, a global device protection company based in Nashville, TN. He has well over 20 years of experience in technology & security leadership with a historical focus on financial services, working for such companies as National City Bank (now PNC), Intuit, Merrill Lynch and Vantiv (now Fiserv).

Jim holds an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, a masters degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University and multiple security certifications. A Cleveland, Ohio native, he is an inveterate fan of all Cleveland sports.

Laura Whitt-Winyard is a globally recognized cybersecurity leader and a Fellow at the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology, known for her transformative leadership in securing enterprises and pioneering advanced security strategies.

Educated at MIT in No Code AI/ML, Laura’s expertise bridges the gap between traditional cybersecurity practices and forward-thinking securing of AI and ML applications. Throughout her illustrious career, which includes pivotal roles at Hummingbird, Malwarebytes, DLL, Billtrust, Comcast and Bloomberg, she has been at the forefront of cybersecurity, risk management, and incident response.

Her innovative and pragmatic approach to cybersecurity is evident in her work securing anti-money laundering investigations at Hummingbird, redefining security culture and infrastructure at Malwarebytes, and elevating the security maturity level across 37 countries at DLL Group, a subsidiary of Rabobank.

Laura’s accolades, such as multiple ISE® Project nominations and awards, the CSO50 Award, and the HMG Strategy Global Technology Executives Who Matter Award and being featured in the book Women Know Cyber: 100 Fascinating Females Fighting Cybercrime highlight her impactful contributions to the field.

As a Fellow at the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology, Laura contributes her vast knowledge and experience as a contributing author of Securing the Nation’s Critical Infrastructure: A Guide for the 2021-2025 Administration, the Cyberspace Solarium Commission’s report on cybersecurity chaired by Senator Angus King (I-Maine) and Representative Mike Gallagher (R-Wisconsin) plus The Cybershield Act S.965 of the 117th Congress in conjunction with Senator Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.) and Congressman Ted W. Lieu (CA-33), renamed in 2023 the US Cyber Trust Mark.

Her engaging public speaking style, deep technical knowledge, and leadership experiences make her a sought-after speaker at conferences, webinars and cybersecurity podcasts.

Timothy Youngblood is formerly the SVP, Chief Security Officer, and Product Security Officer for T-Mobile, Inc having led the company’s cybersecurity organization. Timothy responsibilities included overseeing digital security, risk management, and product security. Timothy drove the strategic cybersecurity direction for T-Mobile.

Before T-Mobile, Timothy was the Chief Information Security Officer for McDonald’s Corporation. He led securing the companies digital platforms for 65 million visitors a day across 38,000 restaurant locations globally.  Timothy established the CISO roles for two major industry brands being the first global CISO’s for Dell, Inc and Kimberly Clark Corporation.

Timothy aligned the security strategy to business objectives and continuously reported progress to the Board of Directors. He has also worked in leadership roles at KPMG LLP, providing advisory services to industry-leading companies.

Timothy has received several industry awards and is inducted into the CSO Hall of Fame, IDC. and is a recognized Evanta top ten CISO leader and 100 top global CISO’s in the industry. He was recently recognized as the Top Global CISO of 2023.
