Prior to Brinqa, Jolynn held leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Indeed, Acrisure, and Dell, where she managed global HR initiatives and supported rapid business expansion. She brings deep expertise in recruiting, employee engagement, and organizational development, with a proven track record of scaling people operations in hyper-growth environments. Jolynn earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.
