Dan Pagel leads Brinqa with a focused mission: empowering enterprises to align technology with business risk and protect what matters most. With over 15 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity and enterprise software, Dan has a proven track record of building customer-centric organizations, fostering innovation, and driving growth.
Prior to Brinqa, Dan served as CEO of Playvox, a leader in workforce and quality management solutions that help customer service teams deliver better experiences for some of the world’s largest brands, leading to their acquisition by NICE. As CRO at Britive, he focused on advancing secure, cloud-native access solutions within the emerging Cloud Privileged Access Management market. At NetMotion, he led the company’s expansion as a trusted provider of secure remote access solutions for global enterprises, achieving efficient growth and positioning the company for a strategic acquisition by Absolute Software.
Dan holds an MBA from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from William Jewell College.
